My career includes pivotal roles in Social Work. As a police sergeant, in New Haven, where I specialized in handling sensitive cases such as sexual assaults, domestic violence, and child abuse. My commitment to community policing, social justice and community welfare extends to my role as an adjunct faculty member, where I developed pioneering curricula and service-learning projects addressing social inequalities in my community. My extensive experience in teaching, coaching, and mentoring has equipped me with the skills necessary to guide professionals through the complexities of clinical practice and personal development.

My passion for transformative learning and purpose-driven consulting drives me to partner with executives and organizations to align mission statements with optimal clinical practices leading to enhanced client care protocols.
