Having served as both a classroom teacher and a university-level student teaching supervisor, I understand how to support growth at every stage—from those just starting their journey to individuals and families ready for profound transformation.

My approach integrates decades of teaching, hands-on coaching, and spiritual guidance to uncover clarity, build resilience, and unlock untapped potential.

...a certified life coach with a master’s degree in social work and over 15 years of experience working with young people in school, clinical, and community settings. I create a safe, supportive space where young people can navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and step into their full potential.

 Before becoming a life coach, I spent many years as a school social worker, supporting students in and out of the classroom. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be when young people feel truly heard and supported—and that’s exactly the kind of space I aim to create in my coaching practice.

...a bilingual (English/Portuguese) certified life coach and school psychologist with more than 18 years of experience. I specialize in ADHD support, executive functioning, parent coaching, and educational advocacy for students and families navigating complex challenges. With a career spanning both elementary and high school settings, I bring knowledge of learning differences, special education processes, and strategies that foster confidence and independence.

As both a professional and a parent, I understand firsthand the demands families face. This lived perspective allows me to guide clients with structure, compassion, and a deep respect for each individual’s journey.

Hi, I’m Deb!

 ...a certified special education teacher and educational leader with a master’s degree in special education. For over 28 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and case-managing adolescents in public schools, supporting students as they grow into more confident, capable, and independent learners.

A big part of my work focuses on executive functioning, and I love helping students build the real-life strategies and systems that make school feel more manageable. I provide specialized instruction in compensatory strategies that strengthen skills like organization, planning, follow-through, and problem solving.

In addition to my experience in education, I bring a decade of human resources experience, which has helped me develop a strong ability to connect with people quickly, build trust, and break down complex challenges into small, doable steps.

I truly believe that finding the right habits and routines is a process, and it looks different for every student. But with the right support and consistency, those systems can become second nature, and the results can be freeing, empowering, and lasting.

Hi, I'm Marnory ! 

(Most people call me Nony -pronounced No-knee).

... an educator, language specialist, and interpreter with over 18 years of experience teaching French and Spanish in public and private schools. For the past 14 years, I have taught at Lauralton Hall in Milford, Ct. where I connect students to language through culture, curiosity, and meaningful human connection.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, I use language as a tool for connection and understanding, helping people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Alongside my work in education, my background in teaching naturally led me into community interpretation, where I help people communicate clearly in situations where accuracy and understanding truly matter, including medical, legal, and social service settings.

Creative and curious by nature, I enjoy writing, cooking, traveling, and painting purely for the joy of it. I draw inspiration from books, history, and lifelong learning, and I believe education and communication are most powerful when they honor real human experience.

Hi, I’m Rich!

… an educator with over ten years of experience in the high school English classroom. I help students develop the tools that make them stronger readers, better writers, and (hopefully) lifelong lovers of literature. Beyond literature and writing, I coach students in study skills and executive functioning strategies.

I also had a decade-long career as the Director of Sales for a large multinational company. My diverse professional background allows me to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application, helping students connect their classroom experiences to their future careers.

As a parent of two wonderful children, I've learned firsthand about balancing professional responsibilities with family needs. I use these insights to support others with practical systems, authentic care, and appreciation for the different roads we all travel.
